Philosophy

If we have true love, then we will restore those that have fallen and love them unconditionally.  Love has to be the main ingredient in every situation of leadership failure and membership failure.  We can’t approach it from hi-archeries of wisdom and experience; it must be approached in Love.

REVIVIFY

re·viv·i·fy –verb (used with object), to restore to life; give new life to; revive; reanimate

"Within a year of signing those deals worth all that money, I lost everything.  Homes, cars, boats and you name it.  It was all gone.  Bankruptcy was inevitable.  But I lost more than just things.  I lost the most important part of my life.  I lost my soul.  I died."

But God has a plan.  Have you ever noticed that for everything mankind goes through God has always had a plan to deal with it?  Great isn’t it?  No matter what I am to become or have become, God has a plan that will ultimately lead me to perfection if I will let it.  However, the process of our lives can really get ugly.

“The Mark of a Great Man”

“This manuscript presents a church leader whose rise and fall, both personally and professionally, is used to exemplify just how and why everyone, including revered leaders, should be given a second chance. The author describes his troubled childhood and his business failures later in life to show how he was “revivified” and restored into proper leadership when he finally acknowledges God’s place in his life. He offers testimonies from other failed leaders and many Bible passages to emphasize and support his ideas.

This author has a clear voice and obvious life experiences that qualify him to write such a book on restoring fallen leaders. The book is interesting and well-organized, easy to follow, and completely understandable, even by the lay reader. The author does a fine job of supporting his claims with biblical references and truths. The reader is left with the sense that this leader genuinely cares for people, including their failures, without judgment.”
